Solid animation, as usual.

To all the people who say, "oh, she's so chill," or, "he's such a tool" or whatever, this was probably deliberate provocation on her part. Find the original vid, it was a big thing on YouTube a year, maybe longer, ago. There's nothing correct about the way she's treating the man, as if he's the moron, as if he's instigating anything. She's condescending and just did it for publicity. She's the one filming this.

Great animation, style, synching and overall production value for what this is.

One critique, and this happens quite often with fan trailers. You've revealed too much of the story with a full scene of Patrick being killed. That's really it, everything else was pleasant and fitting.

Narmak responds:

Thanks for the compliments! I don't actually plan to make this a series lol, this was just a one-off thing. But I agree, Patrick's death shouldn't have been spoiled. They didn't even animate that part from the manga yet!

Enjoyable throughout, the cheese factor was totally tubular, dude. My kind of humor!

Keep practicing, the joke didn't work at all and the animation could have been more smooth.

kehny responds:

Ok, smoother animation, got it, mind if I check your page to see examples? Ooooooh wait.
So much for "keep practicing" pal.

Some of the music didn't really line up with the animation, but you reminded me that S3RL was still current and for that, well-done. "Pussy Game" flowed better than this, but this was technically superior and the collaboration between you and S3RL is amazing. Great job!

It's refreshing to see mixed media done properly. It's a little choppy at parts, but lines up with the song so you did well there. Smoothing things out with more frames for movement would add to the overall flow, but it's still good how it is now. Overall, a good choice of song and animation style.

CuteNikeChan responds:

Thank you!

Grammar aside, you did a good job parodying the Monogatari series. Fix the small things and keep it up.

This still holds up in 2016. There's a reason I favorited this way back when. Great job, man.

Good for your effort, but why would you frame-by-frame it?

WhiteSnakeChronicles responds:

During early test development, the character animator had no knowledge of using Flash or Toon Boom, and due to time constraints, she chose to continue animating by hand.

Started out meh, but by the end, you really pulled it off. It was impressive to see the transitions, the details you put in and just the overall qualify of the work was great.
